As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and a Prosci-certified Change Management Specialist, Marielle brings over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and organizations through significant transformations. But what truly sets her apart is her belief that lasting change starts with a single question: Whose story are you living?
Drawing on her background as a published fiction author, Marielle has developed a narrative-based coaching approach that bridges the analytical rigour of change management with the compelling power of storytelling. She helps clients move from inherited narratives — shaped by others' expectations, limiting beliefs, or organizational culture — to ones they author themselves, co-creating a clear roadmap from dreams to projects to action.
Whether working with executives navigating career crossroads, professionals stepping into their authority, or individuals reclaiming agency through change, Marielle challenges with kindness and creates a safe space where new possibilities can take root.
On a personal note, Marielle is originally from Martinique, a French Caribbean island. After spending half her life in Montréal, QC, she moved to Vancouver, BC during the pandemic. Proof that she doesn't just coach change; she embodies it.
