Own your narrative
Become the leader of your life
You are the protagonist of your own story. Are you writing it, or living someone else's?
I work with leaders and professionals navigating change who feel stuck between who they believe they are and who they can become, so they can lead with clarity, confidence, and full authority over what comes next.
Some people stumble into their calling. Others write their way into it.
Starting to write was a surprise — a delightful, sensory experience and an unexpected one. It came to me in English, even though French is my first language, showing how much distance a good story needs to breathe.
And somewhere in that space between languages, characters, emotions, and the quiet work of putting words on a page, something became clear. While writing that story, I was coaching myself to embrace my own new beginning. That is how I make sense of change, how I decide who I am, what I am capable of, and what comes next.
This is my coaching approach.
For over twenty years, I have worked with leaders and organizations navigating transformation. What I found, in every boardroom and coaching conversation, is that the real work is never just the strategy or the process. It is the story the leader is telling themselves about who they are in the middle of it. Rewrite that story, and everything shifts.
That's what this space is about.
If you're a leader navigating change, you're in the right place.
If you're a reader looking for stories that know what it feels like to start over, you're in the right place.
If you're both — welcome. So am I.
